Brecon Jazz Festival 2025: A New Era of Jazz in the Beacons
A passionate new team of Brecon-based volunteers is carrying the torch for the iconic Brecon Jazz Festival, bringing fresh ideas and exciting plans to expand its impact on Brecon, Wales, and the broader UK jazz scene. The main Festival weekend will take place from 8th to 10th August 2025, with a special ‘Springtime Springboard for Jazz’ launch event in April—details to come soon!
This year, the Festival will showcase world-class jazz performances across a variety of venues, including the legendary Market Hall stage, which will once again host some of the biggest names in contemporary jazz. Other intimate and atmospheric settings include The Muse (80-seat capacity), The Guildhall (180-seat capacity), and Theatr Brycheiniog(400-seat capacity).
The streets of Brecon will come alive with vibrant outdoor stages, bringing incredible jazz performances to thousands of visitors in the heart of this historic market town. With acts being finalized and tickets available soon, why not plan a summer escape to the breathtaking Bannau Brycheiniog National Park. Whether for a weekend or a longer stay, the Festival promises unforgettable music and stunning scenery.
Stay tuned for updates, and get ready to experience the magic of Brecon Jazz Festival 2025!
