We’re incredibly proud to feature a fantastic selection of food traders, bringing you flavours from across South and Mid Wales. And in a special nod to our local roots, we made sure to offer a prime spot to talented food businesses from Brecon Town and the surrounding areas before extending the invitation to the wider region. It’s all about celebrating our community alongside incredible food!

HILLS restaurant opened its doors on April 14th 2017 following a significant refurbishment which has involved total renovation of the property formally known as Bishop’s Meadows Restaurant.
HILLS is a family run restaurant, owned by husband and wife, Owain and Emily and their daughters, Matilda and Tabitha. HILLS are very proud of their young front of house team.

In 2015, the idea of creating a South Indian pop up restaurant concept in Cardiff became a reality for Chef Pankaj Krishnan, in the form of Keralan Karavan.
Since our initial pop up in Truffles on Church Street in Cardiff, Keralan Karavan have continued to hold street food pop-up events & kitchen takeovers throughout South Wales and beyond including Sticky Fingers Cardiff, The Thirsty Elephant, The Towpath Inn, Chapter Arts Centre, Mad Dog Brewery & Twenty Six, Cardiff. More recently our supper clubs in Milkwood and Curado Bar have been met with fantastic local support, and as a result have been hugely successful

We spent a year traveling around Italy working and learning all things pizza. This inspired us to re-create the classic Neapolitan pizza back at home in Wales.
The Pizza Box is our mobile pizzeria. We serve delicious authentic pizza from our converted horsebox trailer, and also from our van, the latest addition to the fleet. We can cater for weddings, pop-ups, festivals, parties and more.
Roti-Shack
Malaysian and South East Asian curries
Brought to Malaysia by Indian workers and traders, Roti Canai has become one of Malaysia’s most loved dishes. This versatile bread is eaten with a huge array of curries, dahls, and pickles, and can also be stuffed with various filling to create our signiture dish, Murtabak.
The Roti-Shack hand stretch our breads and cook them to order on site, where we serve it with some of our favourite Malaysian curries and sauces.

Spice Up The Valleys brings the vibrant, sun-drenched flavours of the Caribbean right to the heart of South Wales. This street food trader is a fiery explosion of authentic tastes, serving up mouth-watering jerk chicken, rich curries, and soulful rice and peas. Each dish is a celebration of Caribbean heritage, prepared with passion and a blend of aromatic spices that transport your taste buds to warmer climes. Bringing warmth and an irresistible carnival vibe to local markets and events – a true taste of the islands with a welcoming Valleys spirit.

Brecon Jazz Festival has applied successfully to Powys county council to close the road in the town centre over the weekend to create the vibrant fun filled outside festival experience the festival is famous for. We’re excited to welcome a variety of traders offering unique products, delicious food and drink, and artisan crafts that enhance the festival experience for our attendees.
